Changes in the board of directors

The youngest action in the company transformation process has been the establishment of a professional board of directors. Therefore two external board members have been selected that each can strengthen the organisation in their field:

Mr. Hardy Birkelund Mogensen (far right)
– has a background as the sales and marketing manager at BMW and Landrover Denmark as well as several years experience with international business development, mainly in the DACH-region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). Must support the company in relation to sales and marketing nationally and internationally, including being an active sparring partner for the sales manager Mr. Brian Larsen.

Mr. Dennis Thomsen (middle right)
– as the logistic manager in the Alumeco-group familiar with challenges and possibilities in the metal industry in Denmark. Must support the company production department with inputs for optimization and development.

The new board of directors that beside the two external members also counts the chairman of the board mr. Mikael Vest (far left) from Vinderstrategi A/S as well as CEO mr. Morten Gram (middle left), had its first board meeting in the company in Hammelev at the end of January.
