Gravity separator TXF

For processes with highly abrasive materials, the TXF pre-separator can be used to reduce wear and tear on the duct system and central filter.
The TXF pre-separator is designed as a gravity separator with wear-resistant Hardox impact plates on all wear surfaces in the inlet module. The separator ensures a high degree of separation via speed reduction in the vertical outlet chamber, which not only reduces material wear, but also ensures an increased service life for subsequent filter elements.

Product Features

  • Gravity separation in vertical separator chamber
  • Quicklock adjustable dust drawer system
  • TXF for vacuum up to 5000Pa
  • TXF-V for vacuum up to 40,000Pa
