Leak Detector Type RP 04/ SDM-1
In all filter systems, there is a real risk of breakage of the filter media, and especially in systems that recirculate the filtered air, a leak detector will be needed that gives an alarm when the amount of particles in the exhaust air exceeds the limit value. Leak detector RP 04/ SDM-1 can detect particles down to 0.1mg/m³. Gram leak detector is delivered with a control box type SDM-1 and a probe type RP 04

Drawing on the left shows how to install the probe in the outlet duct
Weld the supplied support pipe to the outlet duct so that the spring screw holes face downwards compared to vertical (the pipe should form an angle of 7.5° to the horizontal surface). The hole in the duct must have a diameter between 24.5mm and 26mm. The wall thickness for welding support pipes must be at least 1.5mm.
Connectors for connecting the probe are included, excluding 5-wire shielded 0.5mm² cable.
