Compressed-air cleaned filter unit with timer control built together with a side channel blower in noise-damped cabinet. Plug & Play model HFU-F is available with built-in frequency converter and motor with thermo fuse.

  • High-vacuum unit type HFU is available in 5 sizes:
    • Air volume up to 1,100m³/h
    • Vacuum up to 38,000Pa
    • Filter area: 13m²
  • HFU is a high-vacuum filter unit for continuous operation with the help of a side channel bloser als vacuum pump and Automatic filter cleaning by compressed-air.
  • Side channel blower is placed on vibration absorbers in noise-damped cabinet. Vacuum limiter is mounted on inlet.  Guided cooling air by cooling ribs in cabinet.
  • The compact construction on a strong transport platform makes it possible to move the vacuum cleaner unit from one production plae to another.
  • The unit is easy to move by hand pallet truck or forklift due to fork pockets.
  • Very little space consuming.
  • Filter cabinet is made in 2mm black steel plate and thus powder enamelled.
  • Is also available in hot-galvanized, enamelled steel plates for outdoor installation.
  • Is available in explosion-protected/-reliefed version for installation in ATEX-zones. (Please, see brochure page)
